IconCool Studio is a comprehensive and powerful tool that allows you to easily create, edit and modify Windows icons. The program allows you to edit icons, animation cursors, animation GIF and various image formats, even if you don't have an extensive graphic design training. It also includes powerful marquee tools similar to Adobe PhotoShop and many other useful features. The program includes various image filters (Blurring, Sharpening, Negative, Embossing, Rippening, Swirling, Shaking, Solarizing, Antialiasing, Spraying, etc) and image effects such as Shift, Rotate, Flip, Tile, among others. You can also capture and import images in the following formats: BMP, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICB, ICO, ICL, JPG, to name but a few. The application comes with IconCool Mixer, which enables you to mix different elements together to create new and original icons. A great thing about this version is that it can load and export PSD files very easily, thanks to the PSD plug in. It supports Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP.
